This thread is a bit stale, so I thought it might be good to get some fresh opinions. Here are my current favorites:
- VideoScrollWheel: I hate to shout out my own work, but this was one of my favorite features of an organizer that I used prior to Stash so I prioritized making this plugin. Being able to quickly and easily skim through a video or adjust volume by just scrolling rather than having to precisely click was a game changer for me.
- O Stats: As someone that constantly references my YouTube history to find a video I watched, it’s nice having similar functionality in Stash.
- Scene Page Remember States: I did make my own tweak to this one so that it works on galleries and images too, but the basic concept here of automatically opening the specific detail tab you were last looking at can really improve the experience if you’re trying to do a lot of editing or reviewing specific info across multiple scenes.
- tagCopyPaste: Another of my own creations, but it’s very convenient to be able to copy/paste a whole group of tags between objects. I also like being able to keep a text document with lists of frequently used sets of tags that I can copy from and paste directly onto a scene/gallery/image.
- Markergen: Instantly generating the preview for a created/updated Marker is a simple but effective workflow improvement.
- Sprite Tab: The recent custom scrubber spritesheet generation options that were added into Stash finally allowed me to have spritesheets that are useful for skimming through a 2-3+ hour JAV videos. Paired with this plugin, it has really changed the way I view scenes.
- Overlay-info: I am using a modified version of this that puts the scene code on scene cards which I think is essential for JAV collectors. Ideally that modified version would be hosted somewhere, but for now, you’ll need to go to the JAVStash Discord and ask someone for it.
- Quick Marker: This is a recent addition to my loadout, but I really like how much easier it makes it to create Markers by allowing simple keyboard shortcuts for marking the in/out points of a Marker similar to video editing software like DaVinci Resolve.
- Stash Marker → DaVinci Resolve Export: This is a separate utility and not a plugin, but it pairs very well with Quick Markers if you’re interested in creating your own compilations in Resolve.
