Why are there so many "Lesbian" scenes that include men?

I notice that StashDB has a significant number of scenes that are tagged “Lesbian” yet include a man engaging in penetrative sex.

My first thought is that this is obviously wrong. For this twosome scene, I already submitted an edit. However, most of the scenes tagged “Lesbian” that include a man are MFF threesome scenes. I still think that these don’t qualify, but then for this scene and edit was accepted which added the tag. As a new editor (just approved), I am reluctant to submit corrections to these after seeing it added deliberately.

Is an MMF threesome scene eligible for the “Lesbian” tag if the two women engage sexually before the man arrives? I thought that that would only fit the “Lesbian Action” tag, with “Lesbian” meaning “All-Lesbian”.

In 8b652860-75d5-4af4-8624-a5d11ec65f3b case it looks to simply be misstagged by the studio.

It would probably have to be excluded based on existing description.

One of the factors involved here is going to be users & studios just tagging ‘Lesbian’ whereas for StashDB the correct tag would be ‘Lesbian Action’
