Support auto-close too short

In my opinion, the 24h close for support tickets is too short since discourse isn’t a real-time chat platform. While this does encourage speedy replies and bumps for attention, this also prematurely shuts down a lot of involved or back-and-forth conversations

Bumped to 48 hours. But I’m open to increasing it more. I don’t really have a sense for what time limit suits this best.

I’ve seen forums do up to a week or 3w, but only time will really tell

The timer only starts after the solution is chosen, so the user has a wide control over the timer. But I’ll monitor closely for now to see what is happening in the real world.

Increased it to 14 days. That should cover most situations. For special cases, people can use flag button.
