O Count is a simple incremental counter that doesn’t have prescribed usage. How each user uses it is really up to them. “Orgasm Count” was the original idea behind it hence the name.
Each time you click it, it increases by 1 and stores the date it was clicked. Which you can access from the History tab. You can also remove or clear them from there.
It can also be used as filter.
