I think this is a good idea but that the wording could use some refinement. Some questions to help with that:

Is this tag currently used by any particular studios? (Not required, but it’s helpful to see if so)

Can you give a few example scenes that this tag would apply to?
Note that there is an existing Impromptu Sex tag may deserve to be revisited in light of this new one. I proposed an edit to it a while back which resulted in some possibly-relevant-here conversation though was ultimately cancelled.
Creating an Unplanned Sex tag may provide a way to break off some of the mixed meaning of the existing tag. Or maybe modifying the existing Impromptu Sex tag will end up being the best solution.
Regarding the unexpected tag request, yes, splitting is better idea as “Impromptu” is bit different meaning from the Unexpected / Surprise as the later is more relevant in taboo side for eg: Incest For JAV, we can always tag scenes with both tags but for scenes like - https://stashdb.org/scenes/7d5e32ed-9f3e-41c2-9e17-4c97ee5da824 Unexpected / Accident / Slipped In / Surprised is more relevant
