StashDB Favorites and Collection vs StashApp

I have had my stashDB account for a while, and I have added many different things to favorites and collections over that time. Well, I now have my StashApp to the point where I want it.

If I wanted to replace the favorites and collections on StashDB with what I have in my StashApp, what would be the easiest way to do that?

There are community plugins that offer favorite syncing.
