I’d like a feature to sort scenes by “popular” in stashdb, implemented using the number of submitted fingerprints
I would also like to get feedback on which of my contributions where popular.
By total fingerprints or fingerprints over certain period?
Trending already kind of does this, by sorting scenes based on total engagement over the last 7 days.
Total fingerprints. Trending, as you say, is limited to the last week
I would love this too. Trending is cool but it doesn’t help see the total popularity of scenes over time. Besides seeing which of my contributions were popular, it would also be very interesting and useful to see the most popular scenes from specific performers or studios. That would help me better prioritize what to add to my collection.

I should add: I think it would be better to make this based on the number of submissions of the most popular fingerprint, instead of the total number of fingerprints submitted. That way it avoids possible bias from incorrect hashes, or the same users submitting multiple hashes for different resolutions, file formats, fragments of the scene, etc.
