Prototype: Favorite and Watch Later Scene Card buttons

Another quick little plugin prototype. This one adds favourite and watch later buttons to the Scene cards. It uses a configurable tag to determine the flag value. Clicking on the button toggles the flag. [quick-sentiment] It requires the favorite and watch later tag ids to be configured in the plugin settings.
