I notice that performers with onlyfans links sometimes change names necessitating changing their performer name and alias on their performer.

having poked around with the ofscraper metadata sync tool OFScraper/Stash Metadata Sync Tool

it uses the onlyfans ID, for example this link (using the ID)

https://onlyfans.com/104903842

evaluates upon navigation to

  https://onlyfans.com/bronwinaurora

could this be used in either stashdb and/or fansdb as an acceptable link?
this would resist performer name changes and potentially offer some value for scraping from ofscraper if the metadata sync is refactored to account for it?

I’m looking to suggest this and see if its worth doing

to clarify I’m proposing this as an additional link as well as the existing ones and defunct ones

this allows searching correctly by username and programatic matching over time

as the ofscraper sync uses the internal onlyfans ID.

this also will allow programmatic checking whether a performer’s name has changed by navigating to the ID link

Id considered suggesting adding it as an alias in the way that the metadata sync currently requires but setting the url is more appropriate as other sources will likely use a numeric ID
