Migration from Windows to Debian

Hi Guys

I’m currently running Stash on a windows PC and I have recently bought a new PC and already running debian and self hosting a lot of applications on docker.

I have like a 1Tb of content on two different drive on a file server.I would like to migrate from windows to to that debian server.Is there a better way to migrate and keep all my Movie sections intsct(Really spend a lot of time fixing this and i dont want to start again from scracth.
