Migrating to Stash

Hello folks. I was looking for some sort of Welcome thread to say hi to you all but did not find one.

I go by king. I am a avid enjoyer of adult themed fiction and fantasy in all its forms. I have started a project to move my video and audio collection from jellyfin to #stashapp. My collection of audio and video is around 4TB in size. So far stash has been a wonderful new tool to help me organize it.

I have found that many of the stashDB’s are all oriented to live action scenes. About half of my collection is such the other half are 2D and 3D animated scenes. Does anyone here know of stashDB projects for such content or other larger metadata collections that I can help contribute to. I have a lot of metadata to share and hopefully help this community.

StashDB isn’t set up for animated scenes Animated | StashDB Guidelines

And I’m not aware of any other stashbox instance for animated scenes but many scrapers do support it

Stash doesn’t support audio files natively at the moment.

But there are plugins you can use to add certain functionality around it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will see about using maybe contributing back by setting up and hosting a stashboxDB for animated content and or audio content.

Setting up a stash-box instance for animated and/or audio content sounds like a great idea. Welcome to the community!
