I’ve found quite a few instances where scenes aren’t automatically getting a match when I scrape StashDB, yet if I go to the website the scenes are there, and the phash differs by only 1-2 digits.
For example, on StashDB : my phash is 9c9ce5b6cacf4043, and the other two earlier hashes (9c9ae5b4cacf4143 and 9c99e5b6cacf4043) didn’t trigger a match.
Having to find scenes on StashDB and then copy each stash-id over to my local app one by one is a pretty tedious process!

Weird. Stash accepts up to 8 maximum distance, but each stash-box instance can limit on their end what they return. StashDB has it set at 4 I think, so it should have matched for you.
just to confirm, this is through tagger? If it’s through identify it’ll sometimes refuse when there are multiple matches
It is tagger, yes.
