We would like to inform you about the latest iteration of our policy regarding the handling of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content on our forum. As you know, our goal is to ensure that all public-facing areas are safe for work (SFW) and suitable for viewing in public settings.
After considering various approaches, including user moderation and the application of global blurring to all images, we have developed a new solution: a global user toggle for NSFW content.
Features of the NSFW mode
- For Unlogged Users: All media content will be blurred by default. Users will have the option to unblur content by hovering over it.
- For Logged-In Users: A new toggle labeled NSFW Mode has been added to the bottom of the sidebar. By default, this toggle will be off, meaning all media will remain blurred, with the option to unblur on hover. Once the toggle is activated, the blur will be removed for all media content.
