Indicator that a scene has been submitted to stashdb

Would it be possible to add an indicator that a scene has been submitted to a stash-box? It is difficult to keep track of what I have already submitted (and is waiting for votes) vs what I have not submitted yet.

I know that different stash boxes make this harder, and that creating a draft is not the same as submitting an edit, but even getting one indicator that a scene has been submitted as a draft to any stash box would help me a lot.

One way to implement this might be to let users specify a tag for each stash box, and when a scene is submitted, that tag will automatically get added to the scene.
