has anyone here given access to their instance to other people online? I’m thinking something like exposing mine through a proxy but not sure what’s the best way, I’d use one of the stash forks that have multiple users support to control access.
I have a big collection of videos focused on the lesbian niche, it took quite a while to retrieve the files and organize them into stash, I’d like to give access to people to the content in a safe way.
If you are talking about sharing with a very small number of people you trust then something like tailscale would work. If you want to share more broadly then you’d have to setup an actual server and move your content there (expensive and probably not what you mean).
I hate to be THAT PERSON but you should also think carefully about the copyright implications.
P2P plugin over I2P/tor for file sharing, or adding stash-box functionality to stash for access control. I added both of those to my stash fork. I would appreciate feedback.
