Bulk Cleanup of "Straight" tag on all-girl lesbian scenes and studios

There are huge numbers of scenes with only women – both solo and lesbian scenes – that include the “Straight” tag for some reason.

I’ve been submitting a bunch of edits manually when I find a cluster of them, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to do bulk edits, especially when it’s really easy to identify a bunch of them at once with extremely high confidence.

This is the Viv Thomas studio filtered for the tag Straight. Viv Thomas is a studio that exclusively does lesbian scenes. There’s over 1000 of their scenes with the Straight tag. That’s just a bit too many for me to do manually.

What’s the right approach to fix this?

I am (vaguely) aware that Viv has pivoted to all-lesbian, however this was definitely not always the case! :slightly_smiling_face: I was a member in ~2013 and have plenty of straight stuff from them.

There should be a blanket ban on altering the tags of any scenes you have not personally watched, bulk or individually. As evidenced here people are overconfident in what bulk actions are reasonable. People get frustrated and stop contributing when their manually verified tags get overwritten by bulk actions, and the whole point of stash db vs other projects is human sourcing.
