is it .mkv? That’s the usual culprit
No it’s an MP4, not MKV
It’s something to do with your file because when you download it’s run through a transcoder to make the file compatible with your phone. However, it cannot stream directly to that device because of some kind of incompatibility. I would suggest Running that file through handbrake to change it and then it should work being played directly
