New PR featuring better additional plugin support for public\private contribution. Patched additional fields previously not censored.

- Updated Read me to align with new feature
- Additional_plugins.css has been… added for external plugin integration to separate from core functionality. More popular plugins can be added by the dev or user for additional compatibility.
- Support has been added for the following plugins:
