Attached is a JSON file of FerroNetwork metadata.
FerroNetwork is a [Russian?] network of paywalled sub-sites.
Metadata was obtained via archive.org and live studio domain from updates.ferronetwork.com and models.ferronetwork.com respectively. Archive.org snapshots were used to recover removed scenes and earliest known original release dates of routine reissues.
Consider this an incomplete scrape due to technical limitations on my part, particularly when dealing with archive.org (inconsistent availability, timeouts, missing captures). Some scenes may be missing and many scene descriptions are missing. There is still a meaningful amount of usable consistent metadata here that can serve as a reference in the absence of direct access to the paywalled site.
Constraints and notes
- FerroNetwork is paywalled; access to scene URLs is n/a
- Scene titles are not exposed anywhere. I’m not convinced this network uses canonical titles
- As a title substitute, the title field is populated with comma-delimited performer credits, using the site’s schema
{Name, Name} - I think most dates reflect the earliest known release date found in archived snapshots or from the live studio, not necessarily the reissue dates currently shown on the live site
JSON schema
site- sub-site domainid- studio code unique to the sitetitle- comma-delimited performer credits (see above notes)date- earliest known release date foundlength- scene duration (these will change depending on reissue length, eg. addition of bumpersdesc- scene description (often missing, but many can be found via the model index)url- official studio URLimage- largest version of the scene cover available to public access
This is intended as a baseline first pass. Any re-scrapes with better scraping methods are welcome.
